/ December 12, 2011Tony Stark’s lavish parties and array of robots, cars, and inventions would easily make him the best housemate. Throw in the fact that he’s also a superhero, and you’ve got a winner!

/ December 13, 2011I’d second that. David is a nice guy, and he did save the world, but his apartment is unimpressive. Tony has the place I’d like to live. My vote is Tony Strk.
Div
/ December 14, 2011Immature Tony would keep bringing girls, booze and supervillians to the house, and keep the first two to himself.
David would, well, make sure the TV’s working. Now that’s a good housemate!

/ December 14, 2011Both should lose for being self-centered, arrogant, egotistical snobs. But at least Tony admits it and could lend you one of his 50 cars to impress a date. You’d have to share a broken down pickup truck with Judd Hirsch if you lived with David. Go with Tony, the lesser of two evils.
